The included wet wipes are compatible with the K10+, but other accessories like the dust pack, brush, and filter are not. The filter size (air intake) has been reduced to 2/3, so it doesn't seem like the motor power has simply doubled, but the cleaning ability has definitely improved. The station has become more compact, which is nice, but the lack of rear cord storage makes it a bit inconvenient to handle.
