You may use parts of the Service without an account. Optional Google sign-in may be offered to sync conversation history across devices. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).
