susume provides AI-assisted product research, comparisons, and recommendations. Output may include summaries, product suggestions, specification comparisons, and links to third-party merchants or reviews. The Service is for general informational purposes to help you evaluate purchase options.

Access may be limited to invited users during closed beta. Invite and referral codes are personal, may be revoked or exhausted, and do not create a right to ongoing access if we change eligibility rules.

You may use parts of the Service without an account. Optional Google sign-in may be offered to sync conversation history across devices. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and you must comply with these Terms and applicable law.

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes: submitting unlawful, harassing, or abusive content; attempting to probe, scrape, disrupt, or overload our systems; reverse engineering or circumventing rate limits or access controls; sharing or selling invite access in unauthorized ways; impersonating others; or using the Service to generate spam or malware.

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users or the Service, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Responses are generated with artificial intelligence and may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You should verify important details such as price, availability, specifications, and compatibility on merchant or manufacturer sites before purchasing. susume does not provide medical, legal, financial, investment, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for your purchasing decisions.

Some outbound product links may be affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you purchase through those links, at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not mean a product is the best choice for you. Merchant sites have their own terms and privacy practices. Pricing, stock, shipping, returns, and fulfillment are solely between you and the merchant.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. You grant susume a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service (including sending prompts to providers that help generate responses, and showing share-link archives you create).

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content and that it does not violate law or others' rights. Feedback you send about the Service may be used by us without obligation to you.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use information. By using the Service, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, susume disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any output will be accurate, complete, or current.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, susume and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or reliance on AI-generated content.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or (b) ten U.S. dollars (USD $10).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.

We may modify these Terms or the Service. We will post revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice appropriate to the change. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires a different process.
