“放熱板が不衛生すぎる: 15年使っていた炊飯器がついに壊れたので、こちらを購入。●良い点・ご飯の味が美味しくなった。・長時間保温していても、ご飯が匂ったり変色したり、ベタつくことが無くなった。・お釜に米がくっつかず、洗いやすい。・付属のしゃもじが中々良かった。ご飯もくっつかないし、自立できるので衛生的。●悪い点・蓋と内蓋の間にある「放熱板」が毎度とんでもなく汚れる。取り外しできないので、炊飯器ごと毎回傾けて本体を濡らさぬよう注意しながら流水で洗っているが、とにかく手間。洗う部品が少ない（釜と内蓋の２つ）方が優れていると思っていたが、絶対に取り外し出来た方が洗いやすい。・しゃもじのバランスが少々悪い。ちょっとした振動で倒れることがある。総合的に見て星３。値段が高い割にそこまで優れているとは言い難い。炊飯器は「取り外して洗う部品が少ない＝洗い物が少ない」というわけではない。取り外せない部分が汚れるだけ。それを学べたのはある意味収穫だったかな。”
