The floors are a mix of hardwood and carpet, with the carpet being a thin, cheap one laid down for my puppy. Overall, I am very satisfied. I have no complaints about the suction power or mopping, and I especially appreciated that there is no unpleasant smell from the mopping. The app's mapping feature, which allows me to set no-go areas, is also very helpful. Compared to the low-cost eufy robot vacuums I used before, this one collides with walls and obstacles significantly less, which I am very pleased about. I have it set to start cleaning four times a week in the morning. It takes about 40 minutes to finish cleaning, and afterward, I rinse the dirty water tank immediately and leave the lid open while I go to work, returning to put the tank back when I get home. I rinse the water tank once a week and let it dry before putting it back. I find the tray a bit troublesome and haven't cleaned it much (almost never), but so far, it's been fine. After using it for seven months, I noticed a slight smell right after cleaning. It turned out that the mop smelled when it was wet, so I replaced it. After the replacement, the smell disappeared, so it seems the mop needs to be replaced as a consumable. Occasionally, there are small bits of dirt left behind, but overall, the entire room gets clean. I'm really helped by this robot vacuum that cleans on its own and collects the trash! By the way, my puppy (a 3-month-old Maltipoo) is kept in a cage during cleaning to prevent any injuries. At first, he was startled by the noise of the vacuum and the station's trash collection, but he eventually got used to it and doesn't mind anymore.”
