“初期不良の時は大変かもしれないです。: こちらの仕事が忙しく、作業業者と日が合わず、機器到着後20日近く経ってから取付け。作業後5日でU0(冷媒不足)で停止。作業業者に確認してもらったが、現地施工範囲は問題なく、初期不良の疑いでダイキンコンタクトセンターに連絡。初期不良との判断で無料で部品交換され使用できるようになった。取付業者にチェックしてもらった分の作業費、動作テストのために注入した冷媒ガスその他部材の費用については機器を購入した会社に相談するようダイキンから言われました。1.取説には「ダイキンコンタクトセンターまたは販売店」に連絡するよう記載されているので取付業者に直接連絡するのは悪手。2.PCアポロンは適格請求者云々書いているか、連絡先が分からず、このような場合に連絡することが出来なかった。3.初期不良がなければ問題無いと思うがエアコンの初期不良は割とあるようです。ちょっと運試し的要素があると思った方が良いかも。”
