The battery condition was much worse than described (the description said over 80%, but it was actually below 50%). The method to check is using the command prompt with powercfg.exe /batteryreport. The conditions for replacement require contacting them within a few days of arrival, which makes it seem like they hope the buyer won't check or will delay in checking. I think only someone as meticulous as I am would check that quickly. Despite being a high-priced item, their response afterward was also slow.”
