There were no issues with normal use, but I recently tried the scheduled operation for the first time. Since both my partner and I work, we have limited time in the mornings to take out, fold, or hang the laundry after washing and drying. To avoid wrinkles and prevent odors from returning, I want to take it out immediately after it finishes. So, I set it to finish 20 minutes after my partner leaves for work (6:40) between my wake-up time (5:00) and my partner's departure (6:20) and my own departure (7:30). However, when I woke up, it had already finished. I can understand a 10-20 minute discrepancy, but it finished almost 2 hours early from the scheduled time. I thought, is that even possible? So, I contacted Panasonic support. They explained that the scheduled operation is designed to start early to ensure it finishes on time, and if everything goes smoothly, it can finish significantly earlier than the scheduled time. They said that finishing about 2 hours early is a 'normal specification' and suggested that I set the scheduled time later. If I want it to finish on time, I have to adjust the time considering this specification. I did a second scheduled operation today, and it finished 1 hour and 30 minutes early. It is quite challenging to have it finish at the desired time. If this deviation from the scheduled time is part of the specification, I wouldn't have spent over 300,000 yen to buy it.
