“メーカーのサポートが悪い: マッピングも正確だしお掃除ロボットとしては良いと思うが、１ヶ月半ほどでモップの交換お知らせがアプリに出るようになった、お知らせ自体は有難いがアプリとアプリ内のストアの連携が出来てないのか私の操作が悪いのか操作画面に出てくるお知らせからストアに行っても消耗品が買えない、というか本体しか売って無い。２ヶ月ほどで『清掃を続行するには位置を再調整してください』と言い初め、それから半月ほどでその場でくるくる回り始め掃除出来なくなった対応方法も分からないしアプリから問い合わせや修理を頼もうにも『ユーザー登録して下さい』になるし、なぜか生年月日まで必須項目になってるユーザー登録してもその情報に紐付けされないから結局問い合わせや修理、消耗部材が手配出来ない”

“綺麗になった床は気持ち良い: ルンバをもう一台増やす事になり今回セールで安くなっていたので購入初めての床拭きモデルなのでどんなものかと思いましたが動作中のトラブルはひとつだけで絨毯のフチ部分と床の間にモップが挟まれて外れてしまう事がありました。すぐに隙間を養生テープで無くしてみたら解決しました。アプリはシンプルで動作させるとルンバが一周確認をしてから本作動、作業も丁寧で外出前に作動させれば帰宅すると綺麗になっている。ただスタート時に動作確認をしないとF1ドライバーの様にグリッドから動かない場合があるので定位置と水は注意が必要です。思いがけずモップが外れる事もあるので初回だけきっちり確認して、必要な処置を施せば大体は綺麗になってます。もう一つ排水は溜めるとクサくなるので毎回捨てた方が良いですよ。全体的に80点。可愛いお手伝いさんです。２ヶ月間使用しての感想今まで出勤時もしくは外出時にお願いをして家を離れており掃除中の様子を見て驚いた事があります。モップで拭いた跡が結構ビショビショでしばらく経たないと靴下が大変な事になります。しばらく経てばスッキリ綺麗ですが何とも言えません。仕様ですかね？”

Although I shouldn't use water on my solid wood flooring, I have kids and a dog, so I take responsibility and use the Roomba for wet mopping every day. I'm free from worrying about floor dirt now. I'm glad I bought it! I'm also planning to purchase a Roomba for the second floor.”
“The product support has been terrible: Within less than a year of purchase, I experienced issues where the device couldn't return to the station and claimed the brush was spinning (even though it was not). What's worse is that I had to send the station back for repairs three times, and I still can't use the product satisfactorily. I never want to buy from this brand again. I don't know if it's just a matter of individual product differences, but given the price, there's a gamble involved, so I do not recommend it.”
