“初めてのコーヒーメーカー: 真空断熱ステンレスサーバーの保温力は高く、コーヒーの抽出も4杯分で約10分前後と早い。分解出来るようにはなっているが、ステンレスサーバーは開口部が狭いので、手入れしづらい。また本体蓋部分も蒸気の水気が残るので、ここも外しやすい機構にして欲しかったです。”

“使い勝手としては満足してるが・・・: サーバーが魔法瓶で冷めにくいのはいいが、保温機能がないので思ったより早く冷えてしまう。また、淹れる際の水が冷たすぎるとコーヒーも温くなるので、少なくとも常温とかぬるま湯で作ったほうが熱々にできる。それ以外の操作性はものすごく簡単で、ホット・アイスも簡単に切り替え（というかそれぞれのボタンを押すだけ）できる。もうちょっと高くてもいいので保温機能をつけてほしいが、そうなれば空焚きリスクも出てくるので多少のコストアップでは無理かもしれないと思うと、今の仕様と価格がちょうど良いバランスなのかもしれない。”

I bought it for the disassembly feature, as others have pointed out. It is indeed expensive, but it stays warm for a long time. I need paper filters. I use it with ground coffee and a little instant coffee. The reason is that it makes the coffee stronger, but I wouldn't recommend it too much as it loses its aroma. I thought this capacity might be too much for living alone, but for this type of product, it might be better to choose a slightly larger capacity. I really think the thermal bottle feature is excellent.”
“満足できるコーヒーメーカーはこの機種だけです。: 以前も同じ機種を20年くらい使用してましたが電源が入らなくなって、再度購入しました。水タンクもフィルター部分も取り外せて、電源も自動で切れ、魔法瓶なので、加熱しないので、味も変わりにくいです。外のメーカーからも、似た機種は出てますが、水タンクやフィルター部分が取り外せなかったり、電源が自動で切れなかったりで、同じ機種を購入しました。20年経っても、デザインもパーツも変わらない事も凄いです。満足してます。”

When I contacted customer service, they told me to send the product back. They advised against using it on a tray. Since packaging and shipping costs are a waste, I repurchased it, but the same issue occurred as the first time. I'm troubled!!”
