“Lightweight and powerful vacuum cleaner: I purchased this as a replacement for my VC-C6. The dust box broke after 7.5 years of use, so I needed a substitute. It's lightweight and has minimal loss of suction, making it easy to use. My previous model had the brush head stop rotating after about 5 years, and replacement parts were expensive, so I continued using it as is. However, with the new model, the rotating feature makes a noticeable difference in cleaning ease. The head part had other damages as well, likely from hitting walls, so it would be great if they could reinforce the plastic to prevent deterioration. Overall, I'm satisfied with a product that lasted 7 years. By the way, I washed the washable parts every time I used it.”
